Below is a testimony from Kay Adcock who lost 165lbs (and is still losing) at the Rice Diet Program. Included are testimonies from my current students.
When Kay came to the Rice Diet Program, she was a desperate woman, having gained over 200 pounds and had recently taken a serious fall. Her diabetes and blood pressure were out of control. She came in on a walker and could not drive. Her doctor suggested, then lovingly insisted, that she come to the program. She agreed to come for one month. She attended all the classes and stayed faithful to the program.
By the end of the month, she felt so much better she wanted to stay longer. With the blessings of her husband and family, she decided to stay as long as it took to get the job done. She attended the yoga classes and says they have played a major role in her recovery.
Kay now demonstrates yoga poses for other people in chairs. She has more flexibility than she ever thought possible and can stand on her feet for the standing poses. To date, she has lost 165 pounds, is off all blood pressure and diabetes medications, and has donated her magical walker to another Ricer.
